Understanding You. Transforming Sleep. Enhancing Everyday Life.

Personalised occupational therapy supporting for sleep, sensory regulation and participation in everyday life - for children, adults and families.

The Meaning Behind Prana

Sleep and our sensory experiences shape how we feel and function throughout the day. Rest supports our wellbeing, while understanding our individual sensory needs can help us feel comfortable, settled and ready to engage. At Prana, I bring these foundations together through personalised occupational therapy, helping children, adults and families work towards more restful nights and everyday life that flows more easily.

Prana is a Sanskrit word often translated as “life force” or “vital energy”. I chose it to reflect the sense of balance, vitality and flow I want to help people find in everyday life—having the energy and confidence to do what matters to them.

Support that looks at the whole picture

Sleep, sensory needs and everyday life are closely connected. When sleep is difficult, managing emotions, concentrating, learning and coping with everyday demands can feel harder.

At Prana, I look at the whole picture: your strengths, sensory preferences, routines, environment and what matters to you. Together, we develop practical, personalised strategies to support rest, wellbeing and participation in daily life.
